"Joxer, Joxer the Mighty!" He ended with a flourish.
"I love it!" Kiari laughed, gazing into Joxer's eyes. "Really, I do."
"Good, I can sing it again later, so that you can memorize it and share it with all your priestess friends, 'k?"
"I'm sure they'll enjoy it," she smiled. ~Well, maybe some of them,~ she thought.
The song ended and Kiari grinned as she caught Autolycus dip Ped, her hair brushing the floor.
"Thanks for the dance, Kiari," Joxer grinned at her.
"Thank you for sharing your song," Kiari said, kissing his cheek.
He blushed. "Oh, sure, anytime. Catch you later?"
She nodded as he headed back to the food table. She turned and decided to claim her fellow.
Autolycus looked up and smiled that charming smile of his as he watched her approach. Kiari gave Ped a quick wink.
"My lady," he bowed, taking her hand and sweeping her away, back to the dancefloor...
